Unfortunately, due to exceptionally high demand, we are currently not taking any further referrals for FE casework. We will update this page when that changes.

One-off advice session

Who is this for?

This session is aimed at young people who are supported by other professionals who are themselves not experts in the education sector. The young person must be accompanied to the advice session by the professional who is supporting them.

What will we do in this session?
  • Create an action plan with the young person

  • Give expert advice about the young person’s rights and entitlements

  • Suggest ways forward to overcome any identified barriers including, but not limited to, funding, enrolment and documentation.

  • Give tips to the professional on how to advocate for the young person to educational institutions

What will we not do?

We will not do any follow-up work with the young person after the advice session is completed

Please note this service is oversubscribed and there is a considerable waiting list. Please fill out this referral form and we'll be in touch as soon as we can.
