Youth voices leading change

We recently spent a truly fun and inspiring day with our incredible Youth Advocate team coming together to share ideas, brainstorm new approaches, and imagine how we want to grow and shape our youth-led advocacy work across the UK. From big-picture ambitions to practical next steps, the room was buzzing with energy, creativity, and insight.

Throughout the day, our Youth Advocates led the conversation - drawing on their lived experiences, identifying the changes they want to see, and helping shape a project rooted firmly in their voices and priorities. Moments like this are a powerful reminder that youth-led change isn’t just meaningful - it’s essential.

We’re incredibly excited about where this project is heading and deeply grateful to be partnering with the National Lottery Community Fund on this cutting-edge work. Their support helps create space for young people to lead, influence, and drive real change in education.
