Youth voices leading change
We recently spent a truly fun and inspiring day with our incredible Youth Advocate team coming together to share ideas, brainstorm new approaches, and imagine how we want to grow and shape our youth-led advocacy work across the UK. From big-picture ambitions to practical next steps, the room was buzzing with energy, creativity, and insight.
Supporting refugee teachers across Africa
Even though we are based in the UK, we’ve also been thrilled to partner with Jigsaw Education on a research project exploring how national, regional, and global approaches to including refugee teachers can be scaled to strengthen their agency and wellbeing in Chad, Uganda, and Zambia. Participation in these international projects help grow our understanding of and learning from best practice in refugee education globally.

Going the distance for Refugee Education
Our fundraisers this month managed to raise together a whopping £5,548, which is the equivalent of 111 hours of 1:1 educational mentoring sessions and 55 young people provided with expert advice and guidance to overcome barriers and access the education they need, helping more displaced young people access, thrive, and succeed in education - and build brighter, hope-filled futures.
